DEC saved me when I had an electrical emergency during the lockdown and it was difficult to find anyone who was prepared to come out. Even with their staff on furlough the boss came out himself and sorted the problem. He got back to me promptly to do a couple of non-urgent jobs as soon as restrictions … More eased a little, and then sorted out the replacement of a faulty new appliance with speed. Very good service and pleasant to deal with.
