Project Scope

 

Complete new build with full Design & Electrical Installation. 

 

Our Installation team carried out a full Electrical Installation for the main contractor, we had carried out a full electrical design package all in accordance with the latest BS7671 regulations then implemented on site with our successful Installation team, the project wasn’t without its challenges from client alterations & additions.

 

The Build of the property was of mainly concrete construction, polished concrete flooring and various rolled steel joists therefore careful planning of cable routes and positioning of outlets was essential.

Electrical work Oxford

Lighting:  The property consisted of various LED colour changing Strip lighting hidden behind plaster finishes, and specialists anti-glare KSR downlight fittings in living areas. One of the most stunning parts of the property is the ground floor entrance with its impressive “Mooii” Chandelier. 

Power: Carefully arranged & located  USB-13amp socket outlets from the Deta Screwless and flat plate range had been wall & floor mounted ensured the clients need were met but out of sight, eco-friendly appliances with correct Isolation points had also been Installed, also the provision of EV points for future car changing had been Installed. 

 Audio/Data/CCTV: Impressive Sonos Amplifiers had been Installed in the plant room, for the Installation of flushed mounted Cambridge audio speakers which had been Installed in all areas of the property, each speaker programmed to work simultaneously or independently. 

The Property was also equipped with high speed fibre internet access therefore Wi-Fi wall mounted plates had been Installed to ensure all rooms (even the toilet!) was super-fast. 

As the Building was built in an L-shape formation therefore areas of access was out of sight in parts – the client requested all areas of external access was to be covered by 1080p CCTV cameras which also linked with the electronic automated gate system for complete peace of mind.
